Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Database & Campaign Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our customer lead data and outreach operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that the lead database is accurate, secure, and segmented effectively, while also running targeted campaigns that generate engagement and conversions.
This role requires both analytical precision and marketing creativity — blending data management, automation, and communication strategy to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Database Management
- Maintain and update the centralized lead database on a daily basis.
- Segment leads by source, interest, location, and conversion potential.
- Ensure database accuracy, remove duplicates, and manage inactive records.
- Implement access controls and security protocols for data protection.
- Track lead performance metrics and continuously improve lead quality.

Campaign Execution
- Plan, design, and execute targeted marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Develop drip/nurture workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Align with sales and marketing teams for campaign objectives and messaging.
- Monitor campaign results and optimize for higher engagement and conversion.
- Maintain campaign calendars and manage timely delivery.

Automation & Reporting
- Use CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Sendinblue, etc.) to manage workflows.
- Create dashboards and reports on campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to refine future strategies.
- Provide weekly and monthly insights to management.

Data Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of all lead and campaign data.
- Collaborate with IT for database backup and recovery protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, lead management, or campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Sendinblue, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and data segmentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of data handling (Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL preferred).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in B2B or education/healthcare/tech marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital ads (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Experience integrating lead capture forms or web analytics tools.
- Certification in CRM or digital marketing.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Accuracy and health of the lead database.
- Campaign engagement (open rates, CTRs, responses).
- Conversion rate improvement from leads to customers.
- Timeliness and efficiency in campaign execution.
- Compliance and zero data breaches.
