Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to lead the strategic development and growth of our most valuable clients. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer relationship management, and business acumen to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
    • Address client needs and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Analyze client performance data and market trends to inform strategy.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align client initiatives.
    • Forecast account metrics and prepare periodic reports on account status.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, operations, finance) to meet account expectations.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account health and satisfaction.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in account management, key accounts, or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
