Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to adopt the company’s medical devices integrated with CME (Continuing Medical Education) solutions.
  • Position the device + CME offering as a scalable, value-driven solution for HCP education, engagement, and analytics.
  • Conduct device demonstrations showcasing key features, clinical benefits, setup process, and CME-linked training modules.
  • Promote and integrate CME workshops (virtual/physical) as product extensions to enhance device adoption and engagement.
  • Drive subscription and device sales revenue through solution-based selling, upselling, and multi-center installations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate device deployment, user training, and CME workshop integrations.
  • Monitor device usage, adoption rates, and HCP engagement metrics to ensure product success and retention.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and client activity.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with hospital clients, presenting usage insights, analytics, and device enhancement recommendations.
  • Track industry and competitor trends to strengthen device positioning in the healthcare education ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales — devices, equipment, SaaS, education, enterprise solutions, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in product-led or institutional sales with measurable revenue achievements.
  • Excellent communication, product-demo, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, departments, and internal teams simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
