About the Role:

We are seeking a AVP to lead the Alliances & Partnerships initiatives. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing key business collaborations, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with a proven ability to create value through partnerships and alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As AVP, identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through joint business initiatives with partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and contracts ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, healthcare providers, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to proactively recommend growth strategies.
